RSFC Students - Great to Donate - 01/10/2009
The NHS Blood and Transport department visited Roby Sixth Form on Monday 28th September. Students flocked to the stand eager to find out more about what they could do to help. It was explained that during the winter flu season, blood supplies can fall low which is why it is important to stock up now.
Many students gave in their details so that they can be contacted about the nearest donor centre and left knowing that a few minutes of their time could potentially save a life!
