Most students describe the atmosphere at Roby Sixth Form College as "relaxed and friendly." Lecturers are addressed by their first name, lunch time can be enjoyed off or on the College centres, and students instantly recognize they're in an adult environment and enjoy being treating as equals.
The work/play balance is another key ingredient to student success at Roby Sixth Form College. There are lots of outlets for students and to socialize and have fun outside the classroom, from field trips to keep fit. Students who are involved in these and other Enrichment activities perform better in their studies and develop social skills, including team building and leadership, which are invaluable.
